General Return & Exchange
We want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or exchange within this period. Once we receive and inspect your item (typically within 72 hours), your exchange will be processed promptly and delivered within 10 business days.
Free Size Exchange (Australia-Wide)
We offer free size exchange on all orders across Australia.
If your item doesn’t fit, we’ll help you get the right size — simple and hassle-free.
Eligible Return & Exchange Cases
You are entitled to a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The item was received in a tampered condition
Returns (Conditions)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged
- It must be in original condition and suitable for resale
For exchanges (other than size-related), return postage may apply.
Important Notes
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom-made or made-to-measure items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged
Refunds
We offer a full refund only if:
- The product is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
- Refund requests are processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 10–15 business days depending on your payment provider

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
